Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Active and valid SLP license for Michigan
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience is preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Ability to serve a diverse caseload of students across multiple age groups
• Flexibility in adapting therapy approaches to meet individual and group needs
• Commitment to upholding professional and ethical standards

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Offer consultation and guidance to school staff regarding communication strategies and classroom accommodations
• Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team conferences
