This role involves organizing the stock room, managing inventory levels, and ensuring product availability to enhance store performance. You will be in charge of receiving and storing deliveries, maintaining a well-organized stock area, and supporting the smooth flow of merchandise to the sales floor.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate a first-class shopping experience through the effective organization of back-of-house areas and merchandise flow.Timely processing of shipments, transfers, and inventory management.Communicate merchandising and supply needs to management.Efficiently manage stock in a safe and secure manner.Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts to rectify discrepancies.Understand and adhere to LACOSTE’s operational procedures.Collaborate with store management on Loss Prevention strategies.Lead and develop the store team in alignment with company values.Participate in store opening and closing routines, including keyholding responsibilities.Requirements/Qualifications:At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, with a proven track record in effective stock management.Physical ability to handle merchandise, including lifting, moving, and standing for extended periods.Strong work ethic, excellent time management, and high level of ownership.Effective communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.Commitment to adhere to company policies and standards.Core Values & Traits:Play as One Team:Showing respect towards everyoneCommitment for the team’s work and decisionsPlay with Elegance:Striving for excellenceTreating others with fair play and humilityPlay by Daring:Having the courage to speak up, experiment and take initiativeTo explore new opportunitiesPlay with Tenacity:Constantly seek continuous improvementLearning from our failuresAbout Lacoste:At the crossroads of fashion and sport, Lacoste liberates and creates movement.
