Quick Facts:

• Location: Oklahoma City, OK (multiple facilities)
• Start Date: TBD / upon acceptance
• End Date: Permanent
• Shift: 12 shifts/month (combination of 12-hour, 24-hour shifts, some on-call from home) + additional nursery coverage shifts available
• Hours/Week: Approx. 18 days off per month
• Employment Type: Full-Time
• License/Certs: Board Certified in Neonatal NP (or eligible)
• Experience: New graduates and experienced NNPs encouraged to apply

What You ll Do:

• Collaborate with Neonatologists to deliver neonatal care across four Level II NICUs
• Provide comprehensive care for newborns and their families
• Manage patient assessments, interventions, and discharge planning
• Participate in rounds, documentation, and care planning
• Cover shifts in various facilities and potentially provide nursery coverage
• Support unit protocols and quality improvement initiatives
• Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams

What You Need:

• Board Certified in Neonatal Nursing (or eligible)
• Current Oklahoma licensure or eligibility
• Residency within the local area required
• Excellent clinical and communication skills
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including on-call duties
• Prior neonatal or pediatric experience preferred but not required
