Recruiting Coordinator Location: Seattle, Washington (Onsite) Compensation: $20 - $23 HOURLY Role Overview Our organization is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to work closely with a team of recruiters in a fast‑paced environment. This role is an integral partner in managing recruiting activities and building candidate relationships, often providing candidates with their first impression of the company. The ideal candidate will be organized, work effectively with internal and external clients, and possess strong communication skills. Key Responsibilities Scheduling interviews and phone screens directly with candidates and hiring managers. Arranging travel for visiting candidates when necessary. Updating candidate records and job postings in recruiting systems. Confirming new hires and providing follow‑up correspondence to candidates on their status. Tracking recruiting activities and providing status reports. Coordinating post‑interview debrief meetings and providing materials. Identifying opportunities for improving candidate experience and scheduling efficiency. Assisting in the coordination of other recruiting activities as needed. Required Qualifications Experience: 1+ years of recruiting coordinator or coordination experience. Technical Skills: Experience with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education: A bachelor’s degree is required. Preferred Qualifications A superb customer focus, attention to detail, and organization skills. Strong oral and written communication skills.
