We are about to debut a cutting-edge rehab gym that will strengthen our programs even more.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to join our rehabilitation team at Garrison Nursing and Rehabilitation. As an LVN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care to our residents. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding opportunity.ResponsibilitiesProvide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of a registered nurseAdminister medications, perform treatments, and provide wound care as neededDevelop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each residentCollaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care and rehabilitation outcomesMaintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progressParticipate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously improve patient care and outcomesRequirementsCurrent licensure as a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) in the State of TexasAbility to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficientlyStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to lift and transfer patients as neededWe are committed to providing a supportive and inclusive work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
