Program Manager

Job Title: Program Manager Data & Analytics / Enterprise Technology Location: Irving, TX Experience: 15+ Years Job Summary McKesson is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large‑scale Data, Analytics, and Enterprise Technology initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program delivery, stakeholder management, and cross‑functional leadership, with the ability to drive strategic discussions with business and technology executives. The Program Manager will oversee multiple workstreams, manage delivery teams, align technology initiatives with business objectives, and ensure successful execution of complex programs across the enterprise. Key Responsibilities Lead end‑to‑end delivery of enterprise‑wide technology, data, and analytics programs. Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, and executive leadership to define program vision, roadmap, and success metrics. Manage multiple projects and workstreams simultaneously while ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Drive program governance, status reporting, risk management, issue resolution, and executive communications. Coordinate across business, architecture, engineering, data, QA, infrastructure, and vendor teams. Establish program plans, resource strategies, budgets, timelines, and delivery milestones. Facilitate business and technology discussions to translate strategic objectives into executable plans. Identify dependencies, risks, and opportunities across projects and proactively drive mitigation plans. Ensure adherence to Agile, Scrum, and enterprise delivery best practices. Monitor program performance, KPIs, and delivery metrics to ensure successful outcomes. Lead steering committee meetings and provide regular updates to senior leadership. Support organizational change management, process improvements, and digital transformation initiatives. Required Qualifications 15+ years of IT experience with at least 7+ years in Program Management roles. Proven experience managing large‑scale enterprise technology programs. Strong experience working with Data, Analytics, Business Intelligence, Cloud, or Digital Transformation initiatives. Demonstrated ability to lead executive‑level business and technology discussions. Experience managing multi‑million‑dollar programs and geographically distributed teams. Strong expertise in stakeholder management, governance, risk management, and delivery management. Experience with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, and Waterfall methodologies. Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. Experience managing offshore/onshore delivery models. Preferred Qualifications Experience in Healthcare, Pharmaceutical, Supply Chain, or Distribution domains. Experience working with Data Warehousing, Analytics, Power BI, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or GCP environments. PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, or Scrum certifications. Experience supporting enterprise modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
