Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Current Utah Special Education Teacher licensure required
• Proven background in delivering specialized instruction, ideally via remote platforms
• Comfortable adapting materials and teaching strategies for a single student’s needs
• Professional discretion, empathy, and strong communication skills
• Ability to commit to one hour per week—Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday from 4:30–5:30 PM—throughout the contract duration

Role Responsibilities:

• Offer customized, individualized educational sessions for one student, acting similarly to a tutor
• Plan, implement, and assess instruction according to the student’s learning goals and IEP objectives
• Document progress and communicate insights as needed to stakeholders
