Care Specialist

Description Are you an empathetic and compassionate caregiver who takes pride in helping people lead more independent lives? Our busy home health agency is seeking an experienced home health aide to assist our case managers in implementing patient-specific care plans. You'll give our patients companionship and help with basic medical care, light housekeeping duties, personal care, and hygiene tasks so that they are empowered to live happily at home. You must have 1-3 years of experience as an HHA or caregiver and possess excellent communication skills. If you enjoy a position that is varied and rewarding every day, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities • Administer Medications: Dispense medications as directed by the Registered Nurse (RN), maintaining an annual error rate of no more than one mistake
• Resident Response: Attend to resident call lights within 10 minutes to ensure responsive and attentive care
• Light Housekeeping: Perform regular light housekeeping in resident rooms at least once weekly to promote a clean and comfortable living space
• Service Charting: Accurately document all services provided without missing tasks, ensuring compliance with company standards
• Assistance with ADLs: Support residents in Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) according to each individual's Client Service Plan, with a zero-tolerance policy for missed tasks Qualifications $45
