If you’re motivated by complex challenges and energized by guiding teams to success, this opportunity was designed for you Position Summary As a senior member of the ERP Business Analyst team, you will define, gather, and implement business requirements while supporting users across the enterprise. You’ll work across multiple Oracle Fusion functional areas (Order to Cash, Finance, Distribution & Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, and Sales & Marketing) , with opportunities to influence integrations with other ERP and third-party systems. This is both a hands-on and strategic role, requiring strong functional expertise, business acumen, and the ability to communicate effectively with executives and end users alike Daily Responsibilities Lead and mentor ERP Business Analysts and functional consultants in analyzing, designing, documenting, testing, and deploying business requirements Serve as a trusted liaison between business stakeholders, technical teams, and executive management Partner with cross-functional teams to implement, enhance, and integrate Oracle Fusion modules across core business functions Provide leadership in workflow analysis, problem-solving, and process improvements Oversee the creation and maintenance of design documentation, functional specifications, and system scope definitions Guide the team through UAT test scenarios and provide ongoing ERP system support Qualifications 8+ years of ERP implementation experience, including requirements gathering, configuration, functional design, and testing Hands-on Oracle Fusion ERP expertise is required Strong background in ERP rollouts, business process re-engineering, user training, and post-implementation support Strong knowledge of supply chain, order to cash, purchase to pay, manufacturing, and financial processes Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne experience is highly desirable Ability to travel up to 10% Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship Nice-to-Haves Bachelor’s Degree in Business or equivalent experience Background in the CPG or food manufacturing industry Proven leadership experience guiding analyst teams Why Work Here Take on a high-impact role with visibility to executive leadership and decision-makers Play a key part in shaping an enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation Join a company that’s not just keeping up with technology — but pushing it forward Collaborate in a dynamic, team-oriented environment that values innovation and initiative Enjoy competitive compensation and the stability of a direct hire role with long-term growth opportunities Call to Action This is more than a job — it’s a chance to make your mark on a major Oracle Fusion initiative.
