An ideal candidate would possess the following qualifications:

 Education: High School Graduate, and associate degree in Land Surveying

 5 years minimum survey fieldwork with a minimum 1 year leading survey crew.

Ability to collect topographic and existing field improvements using total station and

GNSS. Drone Mapping and Terrestrial 3D laser scanning experience is beneficial.

 Capable of processing and evaluating collected field data and confirming accuracy.

 Experience with setting up site control and perform construction staking.

 Experience with AutoCAD, CIVIL3D, and mathematic knowledge for geometry and

trigonometry. Point cloud processing is beneficial especially with knowledge or

experience with Autodesk ReCap, Leica Cyclone Register 360, Pix4D, and DJI Terra.

 Willing to travel up to 70% with travel fluctuating based on critical site issues and

project loads.

 Currently hold or can obtain the Drone Part 107 License within 2 months of hire.

Responsibilities

The primary responsibilities of the employee include:

 Perform site, building and as-built surveys in support of design and construction

team.

 Plan, schedule, and coordinate surveys. Maintain flexibility based on site

operations, weather, and other factors.

 Establish site controls and benchmarks in coordination with construction

management and design teams

 Import field data, verify completeness, accuracy, and precision. Produce drawings

from field data.

 Maintain filing system for all collected data and drawings with conformance to

company standards.

 Work Environment: Scarp metal yard, outdoor.

 Equipment & Tools: Yard equipment, hand tools, and PPE.

 Physical demand level: Moderate to heavy.
