Salary: $65,000 - $68,000 + Commission

BrightStar Care is seeking a full-time, driven, and relationship-focused Sales & Marketing Specialistto lead growth across Santa Barbara County and Santa Ynez Territories.
This role combines hands-on field engagement and marketing coordination, with a focus on building strong referral partnerships, and driving consistent growth in admissions across both home care and home health services. The ideal candidate brings provensalesand marketing experience, thrives in a fast-paced, referral-driven environment, and is passionate about making a difference in the lives of those that we serve. Youll be a vital member of our BrightStar sales team and collaborate on marketing initiatives that expand our reach and reputation. The role requires approximately 70% regular field engagement within the community, with 30% onsite office work.We invest in our employees and believe in promoting from within.

Base Salary: $65,000-$68,000 plus Commission + Auto Expense + Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong referral relationships with hospitals, facilities, physicians, and community partners
• Manage the full sales pipeline, from lead generation to Start of Care
• Conduct field visits, presentations, and outreach to expand market presence
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing initiatives and community engagement
• Track performance metrics and ensure accountability across the sales team
• Represent BrightStar Care with professionalism, integrity, and a servicedriven mindset

Requirements:

• 2+ years of sales and marketing experience (healthcare preferred)
• Strong communication and relationshipbuilding skills
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to travel throughout Santa Barbara and Santa Ynez Valley
• Experience with CRM systems and pipeline management
