Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Fitchburg, MA 01420
What You’ll Be Doing
We’re hiring immediately for a Print Screen Operator role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re seeking an experienced Screen Print / Press Operator to support a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of precision and efficiency. Responsibilities may include:
- Set up, operate, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
- Mix and manage inks according to job specifications
- Inspect prints for quality, alignment, and color accuracy
- Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
- Review job orders and verify materials meet requirements
- Maintain accurate production and time records
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
- More duties may be assigned upon hire.
What You’ll Need
- 1–3 years of printing experience (screen printing preferred)
- Experience with automatic presses; apparel printing a plus
- Ability to read and speak English
- Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
Additional Information
- 1st shift, 6:00am - 3:30pm
- Monday - Friday
- $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
