Position: Print Screen Operator
Pay Rate: $22.00 - $24.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Fitchburg, MA 01420

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for a Print Screen Operator role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We’re seeking an experienced Screen Print / Press Operator to support a fast-paced production environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality, and understands the importance of precision and efficiency. Responsibilities may include:

Set up, operate, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
Mix and manage inks according to job specifications
Inspect prints for quality, alignment, and color accuracy
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance on equipment
Review job orders and verify materials meet requirements
Maintain accurate production and time records
Keep work area clean, organized, and safety-compliant
More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You’ll Need

1–3 years of printing experience (screen printing preferred)
Experience with automatic presses; apparel printing a plus
Ability to read and speak English
Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
Ability to pass a pre-employment background check

Additional Information

1st shift, 6:00am - 3:30pm
Monday - Friday
$22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
