Position: Lead Press Operator
Pay Rate: $25.00 - $30.00/hr
Shifts Available: 1st shift
Location: Fitchburg, MA 01420

What You’ll Be Doing

We’re hiring immediately for a Lead Press Operator role in a fast-paced warehouse environment. We are hiring a Screen Print Press Operator Lead to run automatic screen printing presses and lead a small production team. Responsibilities may include:

Set up, run, and monitor automatic screen printing presses
Inspect prints for quality, color, size, and adhesion
Troubleshoot press, ink, and print issues
Perform routine cleaning and minor maintenance
Train and lead up to 4 operators
Review job orders and verify materials
Track colors and production records
Maintain a clean, safe work area
More duties may be assigned upon hire.

What You’ll Need

3+ years printing experience (screen printing preferred)
Automatic press experience required
High school diploma or GED
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
Leadership and communication skills
Ability to work independently
Strong focus on safety and quality
Must meet ITAR requirements (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident, or Protected Individual)
Must pass background check

Additional Information

1st shift, 7:00am - 3:30pm
Monday - Friday
