NIGHT SHIFT: Specialist, Lead Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Lead Manufacturing Associate for night shift cell therapy operations at their Devens, MA facility. The role involves executing manufacturing procedures, maintaining GMP compliance, and supporting routine production and equipment setup in a cleanroom environment.
Responsibilities
- Execute manufacturing operations per SOPs and batch records with GMP compliance
- Set up manufacturing areas, equipment, and fixtures; support commissioning activities
- Complete required documentation for process transfers, validations, and batch records
- Maintain cleanroom environmental conditions through disinfection and aseptic processing
- Train others on SOPs; collaborate with managers and support teams on technical issues
Requirements
- 4+ years cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant science/engineering or equivalent work experience
- Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics
- Ability to work assigned night shift, weekends, and holidays
- Proficiency in cleanroom and aseptic processing techniques
- Experience with cell therapy processes: washing, separation, cryopreservation
- Comfort with human blood component exposure and proximity to strong magnets
