Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations following standard operating procedures and batch records
• Complete required documentation for protocols, validations, and GMP compliance
• Set up manufacturing areas, equipment, and support facility commissioning activities
• Collaborate with shift managers and support groups on technical problem-solving
• Train personnel on standard operating procedures and work instructions for manufacturing operations

Requirements

• 4+ years cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in life science or engineering, or equivalent work experience
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics manufacturing
• Ability to work assigned shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Aseptic processing capability in cleanroom environments
• Experience with cell washing, separation, cryopreservation, and automated equipment
• Comfort handling human blood components and proximity to strong magnets
