Lead Manufacturing Associate, Cell Therapy

Bristol Myers Squibb seeks a Lead Manufacturing Associate for cell therapy operations at its Devens, MA facility. The role involves executing manufacturing procedures, maintaining GMP compliance, and supporting innovative cell therapy production on a rotating shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Execute manufacturing operations per standard operating procedures and batch records
• Complete required documentation for protocols, validations, and GMP compliance
• Set up manufacturing areas, equipment, and perform facility commissioning activities
• Maintain cleanroom environmental conditions and perform aseptic processing
• Collaborate with shift managers and cross-functional teams on operational execution

Requirements

• 4+ years cGMP bioprocessing or cell therapy manufacturing experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant science or engineering discipline
• Knowledge of cGMP regulations and FDA guidance for biologics
• Ability to work aseptic processing in cleanroom environments
• Experience with cell therapy processes: washing, separation, cryopreservation, expansion
• Willingness to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Comfort with human blood component exposure and proximity to strong magnets
