We are seeking a Technician: Engineering Laboratory - II to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in database management, networking, and hardware/software lab enablement and a proven ability to manage assets, support network operations, and configure lab systems for testing and automation.

Responsibilities:

Database Management: Maintain and manage asset records, conduct inventory audits, and support compliance and shipping/receiving activities.
Networking: Oversee network functions including firewall management, host compliance remediation, and IT outage coordination.
Hardware/Software System Enabling: Configure and validate lab station setups, install and calibrate test and thermal equipment, and deploy automation workflows.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners to ensure lab uptime and compliance.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2-4 years of experience in IT lab operations, asset/database management, and basic networking.
Knowledge of inventory control, asset lifecycle, and compliance practices.
Familiarity with firewall rules, host remediation, and outage coordination processes.
Ability to install, configure, and validate lab stations and test/thermal equipment.
Strong multitasking capability with effective verbal and written communication.
Minimum education: High school diploma or GED.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with lab automation workflows and scripting for deployment.
Background in Agile support environments and coordination with infrastructure teams.
