Eye Care Front Desk Specialist - Patient Concierge
EyeSouth Partners
Eye Center of north Florida is seeking a Front Desk Associate to create a welcoming environment, manage patient check-in/check-out, handle calls and emails, and support scheduling and data entry in a medical office.
The role requires a High School Diploma, strong customer service, and reliability. Nextech/ICP experience and 1 year of medical office experience are preferred, with an emphasis on accurate data entry and HIPAA compliance.
