Physical Therapist (PRN)(Mobile)

Fit Family Physical Therapy ( is a family-owned, private pay, mobile physical therapy company serving the Greater Phoenix area. We are looking for passionate PTs to join the team! We’re currently hiring a contract (PRN) physical therapist to provide in-home care in North Scottsdale, including Grayhawk, Desert Mountain, and surrounding neighborhoods. This role requires availability 2–3 days per week, with a starting caseload of 4–8 patient visits weekly and the opportunity to grow from there. PLEASE READ: To best serve post‑op patients in this area, availability on Fridays and either Mondays or Tuesdays is required. Preference will be given to therapists who can offer M/W/F availability. Responsibilities Assess each patient and develop an appropriate treatment plan with measurable goals and time frames Prepare and submit treatment notes based on identified and attained goals Ensure that other treating medical professionals have the necessary information to appropriately evaluate the patient Qualifications Bachelor’s, Master’s or Doctor’s degree of an accredited physical therapy curriculum 2+ years experience in orthopedic & post‑operative care Experience in other treatment areas such as neuro, vestibular, etc. a PLUS!
