About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Treasury to lead its global cash management, liquidity operations, and treasury execution. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of cash management and liquidity, including daily cash positioning, forecasting, and planning across various entities. This role requires a deep expertise in working capital optimization, managing intercompany funding, and ensuring the efficient movement of cash to support the organization's complex production, distribution, and corporate structures. The Vice President of Treasury will also be tasked with establishing and maintaining banking relationships, leading the foreign exchange strategy, and managing risk related to international operations. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field, with at least 15 years of progressive treasury experience. Hands-on experience with SAP-integrated payment workflows and automated treasury management systems is essential. The role demands a strong understanding of treasury systems, payment infrastructure, and cash controls, as well as exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. While not mandatory, entertainment experience in treasury management and a Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) credential are considered advantageous. The ideal candidate will be a strategic leader, capable of providing insights on industry trends and serving as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on liquidity, cash risk, and capital deployment.
