Discover more by following us on LinkedIn!General Function: The Senior Finance Analyst partners closely with field leadership to drive sales planning, performance analysis, and business insights across a portfolio of retail stores. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining store sales plans, monitoring performance against goals, providing actionable recommendations to support business growth, Ad-Hoc Analyses based on the needs of the team and business.Major Duties and Responsibilities: Partner with field management to develop and manage monthly store sales goal planning process. Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions to improve sales planning processes, automate analysis, and generate actionable insights for field leadership and finance teams. Maintain, enhance, and automate sales planning tools, models, and reporting files to improve accuracy and efficiency. Serve as a key finance contact for store field teams, answering questions and providing support related to sales plans. Build strong relationships with Store Operation Leadership to understand business drivers and support decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between financial plans and business objectives. Demonstrate agility by supporting emerging Finance priorities, special projects, and cross-functional initiatives while helping drive continuous improvement across the organization. Leads by example through Sunglass Hut's Key Cultural Indicators: Fun, Shared Wins, Relationships, Inclusion and Drive.Basic Qualifications: S. and/or M.B.A in Finance, Accounting or Data Analytics 3+ years financial planning and analysis and/or commercial finance experience Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with sales planning preferred. Experience in retail, consumer, or complex matrixed organizations preferred. Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter who takes initiative, solves problems, and drives results independently.
