Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Medical Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience required. License: Must have a valid RN license. Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications are required. NIHSS certification is preferred. Must-Have: Experience with patient management and care. Ability to work with a ratio of 1:6. Weekend availability is required every other weekend. Floating to other units may be required. Charting experience in Epic is preferred. Description: The role involves providing comprehensive nursing care to medical-surgical patients. Registered Nurses will be responsible for all aspects of tracheostomy care and management. Support from respiratory therapy will be available as needed. Interpretation and management of dysrhythmias are essential skills. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team. Travel experience in a similar capacity is advantageous but not mandatory. Flexible scheduling and adherence to staffing policies are necessary. All allied health positions require state or national certification and/or license. Candidates should have the ability to manage multiple patient needs in a fast-paced environment.
