What You'll Do Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments to ensure on-time delivery and receipt of materials Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment schedules, priorities, delays, and logistics updates Work directly with truck drivers and warehouse employees during loading and unloading activities Label pallets and prepare shipments according to customer and carrier requirements Verify shipping and receiving paperwork for accuracy and completeness Maintain organized records using warehouse systems and Microsoft Office applications Identify and communicate shipment discrepancies, damaged freight, incorrect materials, or documentation issues Support warehouse operations while maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment What We're Looking For High school diploma or equivalent Previous shipping and receiving experience preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with Microsoft Office applications Familiarity with inventory, warehouse, or MRP systems preferred Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Dependable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to work effectively as part of a team Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, and repetitive motions Ability to lift up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodation Comfortable working in an active warehouse environment with varying temperatures, warehouse traffic, and equipment movement Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as business needs require Why Join Us?
