The Opportunity  

The Sales Support Analyst plays a critical role in supporting our new business sales efforts by creating accurate, professional, and timely sales materials that help drive growth. This role partners closely with Senior Sales Consultants to develop quotes, proposals, and presentations that demonstrate the value of The Difference Card to prospective clients. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, detail-oriented, and motivated to learn. They thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy collaborating with others, and take pride in delivering high-quality work that helps the sales team succeed. 

What You'll Do 

• Support New Business Development: Create and manage new business exhibits within the Salesforce quoting platform for your assigned region and assist with quoting needs across other regions as needed. 
• Develop Sales Materials: Translate quote exhibits into polished Excel-based proposals and PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate plan designs, savings opportunities, and value propositions. 
• Partner with Sales Consultants: Collaborate closely with Senior Sales Consultants to learn funding strategies, proposal development best practices, and The Difference Card's approach to delivering client solutions. 
• Manage Quote Workflow: Participate in daily sales meetings and provide status updates on quotes, proposals, presentations, and project timelines. 
• Maintain Sales Resources: Build and maintain a comprehensive regional library of SBCs, SOBs, and supporting materials to improve efficiency and consistency. 
• Provide Analytical Support: Assist with reporting, data analysis, and presentation preparation for quarterly business reviews and board meetings. 
• Drive Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve processes, increase efficiency, and support the continued growth of the sales organization. 
• Perform other duties as assigned. 

What We're Looking For 

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field preferred. 
• Sales support, sales operations, account management, or administrative support experience preferred. 
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to simplify and present complex information clearly. 
• Working knowledge of health insurance terminology, employee benefits, and plan documentation such as SBCs and SOBs preferred. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail. 
• Experience creating professional presentations, proposals, and client-facing materials. 
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. 
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. 
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a remote team. 
• Health insurance license or industry experience is a plus.

Northeast Region: 9am ET-6pm ET (New York - Tristate) 

Southeast Region: 9am ET-6pm ET (Florida) 

Southwest Region: 9am – 6pm CT (Texas)
