Job Title: PC Support Technician Pay Rate: $26/HR - $30/HR Location: Dallas, TX
Join our Private Computer Company with a wonderful owner and supportive staff! We are seeking an experienced PC Support Technician to provide installation and technical support services in the Dallas, TX region.
Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot PC hardware and software applications.
- Set up and maintain LAN cables, switches, and access point devices.
- Provide on-site technical support to clients in Allen, McKinney, and Frisco.
- Ensure timely and professional service to maintain client satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in PC support, hardware/software installation, and networking.
- Strong knowledge of PC software applications and system configuration.
- Ability to install and manage LAN cabling, switches, and access points.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Must have reliable transportation to service assigned areas.
- Sorry, no new graduates at this time.
