The ideal candidate brings 20+ years of SAP functional and HR ABAP technical hands on expertise, combined with proven leadership in large-scale enterprise payroll transformations, system modernization, and cloud adoption strategies. This leader will guide engineering teams, collaborate with HR/payroll business stakeholders, ensure compliance with federal/state regulations, and deliver high-quality, highly scalable payroll solutions for one of the world’s largest workforces.What you'll do:Timely execution of a product and technical roadmap, beyond delivering for the business we are always looking at improving robustness and quality of our application.Working closely with partners across disciplines.
