Customer Service Rep

PABCO® Gypsum supplies a complete line of gypsum products for commercial and residential construction. Here at our Las Vegas location, we make Gypsum Wallboard . Your job as a Customer Service Rep/Dispatcher is to help manage customer orders and work with transportation companies to ensure deliveries are made. Why you want to work for us! Receives and processes incoming customer orders for materials and/or products from company employees or individual customers. Prepares order paperwork for shipment and/or secures freight carriers as required. Routes orders to departments for filling and follows up on orders to ensure delivery by specified dates. May resolve routine issues with carriers, including customer complaints, liability issues, and rate discrepancies. Provides customer support by answering general product questions, directing customers to website, and distributing product brochures and samples. Enters purchase orders into SAP. Updates and maintains freight rate tables in SAP. Informs customers of shipping dates, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer.
