Documents customer issues thoroughly to assist senior team members in tracking the root cause of problems and escalating necessary information to managers for solutions. Assists in gathering data and feedback on specific problem areas or opportunities by engaging directly with relevant customer demographics. Communicates customer feedback and the day-to-day customer experience to the Customer Service Manager or team lead. Actively participates in training to learn the processes and daily actions of customer service representatives and Unicity Distributors, and contributes ideas for efficiency and improvement. Maintains detailed, organized records and notes from all interactions with the field. Contributes to team success by completing assigned tasks and supporting related projects as required. Participates in all required local training and professional development events.
