AVP of Credit Union Member Service

Salary: $85,000-$105,000 What your future day will look like: Provide leadership and oversight for multiple branch locations, ensuring consistent delivery of member service and operational excellence. Partner with Branch Managers and Supervisors to achieve service, sales, and performance goals aligned with the credit union’s strategic objectives. Serve as the primary escalation point for complex member concerns and operational issues requiring resolution. Lead the implementation of new products, services, and branch initiatives while ensuring smooth execution and staff readiness. Monitor compliance, operational reports, and audit findings to ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements. Participate in business development efforts and collaborate with executive leadership to support organizational growth and member engagement.
