Charlotte Job Opportunities Manager Summary The Garbage Truck (TGT) is a food truck owned by a Rochester, NY native. Taking the legendary Rochester “Trash Plate” coast to coast, we are now serving on trucks in both Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC. Along with the trash plate, TGT serves all- American foods with it’s own special twist. Responsibilities Manage day-to-day operations of the truck Prepare and serve food Support other staff members and their positions Must be able to learn and perform all positions on the truck Clean and maintain truck and equipment (pre and post service shifts) Safely drive truck Manage inventory of truck (including serving materials, general cleaning supplies, and food for service) Represent The Garbage Truck brand in a responsible manner Requirements Ability to learn and perform all positions on the truck 1+ year experience working in the food service industry Willing to work late night hours (often until 3am on Friday and Saturday nights) and weekends Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment while maintaining high quality service Willing to get Food Safe Certificate (if you do not already have one) Reliable transportation Salary is based on experience Cook/Prep Cook Summary The Garbage Truck (TGT) is a food truck owned by a Rochester, NY native.
