Job Details

Provide full-scope primary care including diagnosis, treatment, and preventive care
Collaborate with specialists and clinical teams to coordinate care
Maintain accurate and complete medical records
Participate in staff education and team meetings
Deliver compassionate, relationship-centered care

Requirements
MD or DO with completion of a U.S.-accredited residency in Internal or Family Medicine
Board Eligible or Board Certified in Internal or Family Medicine
Active NY State medical license and DEA registration (or eligibility)
