PC/LAN Support Technician

PC/LAN Support Technician IDEALFORCE have a contract position available immediately for a PC/LAN Support Technician to join our customer in Phoenix Arizona. This is an ONSITE position. Job Description This position provides technical support for customers on the Client network; fix computer related problems; troubleshoot network, software, and hardware problems; research and implement potential solutions; and assist with assigned project tasks. Will work in an environment troubleshooting and repairing Windows-based PC's (Windows XP and Windows 7) and peripherals within a networked environment, managing Windows 2003 and 2008 Servers, and will utilize Active Directory and other enterprise management tools; will document, resolve networking and equipment problems in an incident management system. Position requires traveling to various Client locations within the metro Phoenix and surrounding areas. Qualifications Will have experience in LAN/WAN administration, supporting end users, troubleshooting PC's and related hardware, Windows-based computer equipment in an Ethernet environment, and configuration, maintenance, and administration of current Microsoft Workstation, Server, and Office products.
