Must be detail oriented and able to communicate clearly via phone, email and messenger. Experience in the home remodeling field is not necessary. Core Competencies The ability to work Monday through Friday, and flexibility to work some weekends Employees in this role are generally eligible to pursue opportunities outside of the Customer Support division after completing two years within Customer Support, subject to business needs and Company discretion The ability work a hybrid schedule (in office and remote) Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Self motivation and discipline An ambitious and competitive nature Computer savvy competence Maintain a high rating for calls graded on quality. Must be adaptable to grow with new technologies and evolving communication methods Meet performance and productivity metrics to deliver high-quality customer support.
