We are looking for a Client Service Associate to join a growing team supporting brokerage operations in Pennsylvania. The position focuses on handling service-related transactions, reviewing documentation, and maintaining reliable records throughout daily operations.

Responsibilities:

• Process incoming payments and service transactions with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness.

• Review submitted forms and supporting documents to confirm completeness and compliance before entry.

• Enter and update customer and transaction information in internal systems while maintaining precise records.

• Respond to inquiries from advisors and clients in a clear and attentive manner through phone and written communication.

• Handle inbound and outbound customer service interactions to resolve issues, provide updates, and support ongoing requests.

• Coordinate order and request details carefully to ensure smooth follow-through on service activities.

• Prioritize multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting established turnaround expectations.

• Identify discrepancies in paperwork or account information and escalate concerns when additional review is needed.

• At least 3 years of experience in customer service, call center support, brokerage operations, or a related administrative role.

• Demonstrated ability to manage detailed data entry and document review with strong accuracy.

• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls while delivering attentive customer support.

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Ability to learn new processes quickly and adapt to changing priorities.

• Excellent organizational skills with a strong sense of urgency and attention to detail.

• Persian language skills are a plus but not required.
