If you're the kind of leader who sees a process that could be better and fixes it, who holds a team accountable because you care about doing the work right, and who wants real ownership of your operation, this is the role you've been looking for.Responsibilities and Duties:Establishing and upholding a work environment dedicated to trust and respectFamiliarity with safe operation and preventive maintenance of heavy equipmentProficiency with Intelligent GPS machine grade controls and automaticsDriving business results. Making data-based decisions at every level.Empowering and engaging operators.Setting vision and establishing objectives for the department.Recommends changes in methods or procedures to higher level management and implements approved changesInspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenancePlan routes and meet delivery schedules.Collect and verify delivery instructionsReport defects, accidents or violationsPrepares production reports, transfer of material reports, malfunctioning equipment reports, and all other MRP and labor hour reports as requiredAssist in the investigation, reporting and initiation of corrective actions for accidents, job related injuries employee discrepanciesProficient Verbal and Written English Communication SkillsServe as back-up driver and equipment operator as needed.Shift/Schedule:Home DailyMonday-FridayWork week is 50-60 hours.Qualifications:CDL preferredEquipment operator experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalentCollege degree (preferred)Minimum of 2 years of supervisor/team lead/foreman.Has managed DriversPay & Benefits:Weekly pay!Multiple Health Plans to choose fromDentalVisionWe Pay for your basic Life Insurance!100% Company Paid Long-Term Disability InsuranceRetirement Plan with a company match up to 5%Safety and Retention Incentives!Paid Time OffAccess to employee discount through LifeMart!Ecowaste Solutions offers a competitive base salary, opportunity to earn incentive pay, and a comprehensive employee benefits package.
