We are seeking a reliable and service-oriented IT Support Specialist to support our team members across both onsite and remote environments. This role is responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT operations, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring systems are secure, efficient, and aligned with company policies. RESPONSIBILITIES Assist the IT Manager with administering, configuring, and maintaining corporate IT systems, endpoints, and user environments across Windows and macOS platforms Evaluate, implement, and optimize hardware, software, and endpoint management solutions to improve performance and user experience Advanced Troubleshooting & Problem Solving Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to operating systems, applications, identity access, networking and VPN connectivity. Analyze system performance trends and proactively recommend improvements or corrective actions Escalate and coordinate vendor relationships and external support resources when necessary Security, Compliance & Policy Enforcement Enforce IT security standards, controls, and best practices in alignment with company policies Assist in identifying and mitigating security risks, vulnerabilities, and audit findings across IT systems Participate in incident response, root‑cause analysis, and remediation planning as needed Contribute to IT projects such as system upgrades, security enhancements, process automation, and tool implementations Develop, update, and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and standards Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that align with organizational needs and growth User Enablement & Strategic Support Assist with technical onboarding and offboarding processes, including access provisioning, device configuration, and system orientation Provide technical guidance and training to team members, promoting effective and secure technology use Support onsite and remote environments, including occasional offsite support, with a focus on systems reliability rather than routine break/fix tasks MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Demonstrated experience in IT support, endpoint management, or similar technical roles Associate’s degree in a related field preferred Strong expertise supporting Windows and macOS operating systems in a business environment Working knowledge of MDM/MAM platforms and endpoint security tools Solid understanding of networking concepts, including VPNs, Wi‑Fi, and identity/access management Proven ability to analyze complex issues, develop solutions, and exercise independent judgment Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to document procedures and explain technical concepts to non‑technical audiences Ability to prioritize work, manage multiple initiatives, and operate with minimal day‑to‑day supervision Valid U.S. driver’s license for traveling to the IACMI office BENEFITS Comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance Generous paid time off and flexible work arrangements Professional development opportunities Collaborative and supportive work environment fostering growth and innovation #J-18808-Ljbffr
