Litigation Legal Assistant

What You’ll Do Prepare and format pleadings, motions, correspondence, and legal documents. Proofread documents for accuracy and professionalism. Maintain organized electronic client files. Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines. E-file documents with state and federal courts. Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel. Client billing. Order office supplies. Provide administrative support to four attorneys. What We’re Looking For Associate degree required. 3+ years of litigation or legal assistant experience preferred. Exceptional organization and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities. Professional communication skills. Proficiency with Clio, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office. Someone who enjoys taking ownership and being an essential part of a collaborative team. Compensation & Benefits $35.00–$40.00 per hour. 401(k) with employer matching.
