Guest Services Associate

Position Overview Club Wyndham Old Town Alexandria Resort – Alexandria, VA Full‑time Guest Services Associate – $20 per hour plus benefits. Responsibilities Welcome guests with a friendly, warm demeanor and provide exceptional service from registration to checkout. Guide guests through the registration process, issue unit keys, and offer information about the resort and local attractions. Process cash and credit card transactions in strict accordance with established procedures. Balance cash receipts, perform bucket checks, and complete other cashier and money‑handling responsibilities. Complete all check‑out procedures and confirm that charges and credits are correctly reflected in guest folios. Reserve and confirm reservations for individuals and groups, and provide guests with room rate quotes. Respond promptly and thoroughly to guest inquiries and concerns. Qualifications Professional appearance and a positive, can‑do attitude. Excellent communication skills with the ability to read, write, and understand English. Ability to solve problems with minimal supervision. Basic math skills and knowledge of proper cash‑handling procedures. Ability to multitask and work in a fast‑paced environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Basic computer and office skills. Benefits Benefits are available to associates who work 30 or more hours per week. The actual hourly rate of the selected candidate will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to experience, education, skills, training, and work location.
