Full-time shifts available in Lyons, OR

Tuesday-Thursday 

7:30am-7:30pm

G-tube, Trach, and Ventilator dependent patient so prior experience is preferred

Pay Rate Range: $32-36/HR

*Rates vary depending on specific case, acuity level etc

Qualifications  

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered LPN license
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
• TB skin test (current within last 12 months)
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred but not required
• Must have reliable transportation
