IT Support Specialist

Seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite hardware and software support. This role is responsible for maintaining production and office technology systems, troubleshooting hardware and network issues, supporting end users, and ensuring critical systems remain operational. Skills 6+ months of hands-on PC/Desktop Support experience Break/Fix troubleshooting experience Printer support experience Windows 10 support Strong customer service and troubleshooting skills Basic knowledge of routers and switches Experience supporting manufacturing environments Experience with Active Directory Mobile device and RF scanner support experience Responsibilities Provide onsite desktop support for hardware and software issues throughout the facility Setup, configure, install, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, peripherals, and related equipment Support end users with computer, printer, phone, and workstation issues Perform break/fix troubleshooting for desktops, servers, network devices, and peripheral equipment Assist with Active Directory account administration and user support Support industrial and office printers Re-image and deploy workstations as needed Support mobile RF devices and workstation PCs Track and manage hardware inventory and e-waste processes Escalate and resolve technical issues in a timely manner Perform other technical support duties as assigned Required Qualifications Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Strong communication and documentation abilities Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks Strong decision-making skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and as part of a team Physical Requirements Frequent walking and standing throughout the workday Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds Ability to stoop, crawl, and work in confined spaces when installing or troubleshooting hardware Comfortable climbing ladders and accessing elevated areas to service wireless equipment and network hardware Ability to safely carry equipment while navigating elevated platforms and work areas Work Environment Manufacturing environment with a combination of office, production, and controlled-access areas Some work areas may require specialized safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) Position requires significant movement throughout the facility and may involve supporting users across multiple locations within the site Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Casa Grande, AZ. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
