Remote Call Center Specialist - Bilingual (English/Spanish)

Community Health Center

Community Health Center is seeking a Call Center Specialist to provide consistent, quality customer service to internal staff and external patients. The role handles calls, schedules appointments, transmits messages to the clinical team, and answers medication refill questions while maintaining confidentiality.
