Job Details Job Location: Santa Monica, CA 90403 Position Type: Full Time Education Level: None Salary Range: $23.00 - $24.00 Hourly Travel Percentage: None Job Shift: Any Responsibilities Maintain an orderly, fully stocked, clean kitchen and pantry. Execute banquet and conference setup and tear down. Assist with bussing room service and restaurant areas as needed. Support daily kitchen operations to achieve high guest satisfaction and service. Ensure food safety and positive dining experience. Engage with team members to provide equipment, supplies, ingredients. Assist management staff in inventory management. Must conform to hotel dress and grooming standards (uniform issued, no visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, one pair of earrings, neatly groomed facial hair). Education and Experience High school diploma or GED required, or equivalent work experience in hospitality industry. Food handling certification (ServSafe) required. Physical Requirements Part‑time schedule defined by operational needs. Able to frequently lift or move items weighing up to 10 pounds; occasionally up to 50 pounds. Able to use hands to manipulate tools and equipment; adequate vision is required. Able to move about the property, including standing for extended periods, walking, climbing stairs, stooping, kneeling or crouching. Benefits Paid sick leave per local requirements.
