Pediatric Cvor Tech Surgical Services

Our prestigious facility is seeking a dedicated Pediatric CVOR Tech to support life-saving cardiovascular surgeries for our youngest patients. Required Skills:
- Minimum of 1 year of pediatric CVOR tech experience
- Proficiency with sterilization, scrub techniques, and high-level disinfection (HLD)
- Expertise in aseptic technique and intraoperative instrumentation
- Experience with L&D, decontamination, crash cart setup, and scope/probe reprocessing
- BLS and NBSTSA certification are mandatory
- Ability to adapt to a 4x10 schedule (10-hour shifts from 3PM to 1AM)
Nice to Have Skills:
- Knowledge of high-risk cases such as Accreta, Chyst, laparoscopic ectopic procedures, and cystoscopy
- Experience working in labor and delivery OR settings for OB and non-OB high-risk procedures
- Floating flexibility is not required, but any additional experience in complex pediatric or cardiovascular surgeries is a plus
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Surgical technologist certification (NBSTSA or equivalent)
- At least one year of specialized pediatric CVOR experience in a hospital setting
- Prior exposure to OR environments involving high-risk obstetric and cardiac cases
Other Requirements:
- NBSTSA certification must be current and in-hand for submission
- Certification in BLS required
- Shift includes 4 days per week, 10-hour days (3PM - 1AM), with call required
- Ability to thrive in a team-focused environment with a commitment to excellence
