We are seeking motivated Pediatric CVOR Techs to join our dynamic Surgical Services team. Required Skills:

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as a Surgical Technologist
• Proven proficiency with pediatric cardiovascular and vascular procedures
• Certification as a NBSTA CERT (must be current at submission)
• BLS certification
• Skilled in sterilization, scrubbing, high-level disinfection (HLD), aseptic technique
• Experience with decontamination, crash cart management, scope/probe reprocessing
• Ability to adapt quickly in a high-pressure surgical setting

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in Labor & Delivery (L&D) surgeries
• Knowledge of decontamination and scope/probe reprocessing
• Familiarity with high-risk OB cases such as Accreta, Chyst, laparoscopic ectopic, cystoscopy

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Surgical Technology certification (preferred)
• At least 1 year of relevant pediatric CVOR experience
• Prior experience working in high-acuity surgical environments

Other Requirements:

• Valid NBSTA certification (must be in hand to submit application)
• Shift availability: Day shifts, 5 days a week, 8-hour shifts (07:00 - 15:30)
• Willingness to work call as required
• No floating requirements; dedicated to pediatric CVOR unit
• Note: Effective 11/30/24, Indiana-based RNs are not permitted to work at this facility unless exempt; perioperative, OR RNs, Allied, and Ambulatory RNs remain eligible.
