As Dining Room Manager, you are a key leader on the restaurant management team — supporting the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily front of house operations, driving revenue, developing the team, and ensuring every guest leaves with an exceptional dining experience. This is a role for an energetic, hands‑on hospitality professional who leads by example, takes ownership of results, and is committed to building a positive, high‑performing team culture. What You'll Do Guest Experience & Service Standards Ensure the restaurant consistently meets or exceeds AATMOS and Heirloom Room brand service standards Address guest complaints promptly and professionally, always resolving with a commitment to superior service Analyze service and quality issues, identify training needs, and implement solutions to optimize the guest experience Maintain open channels of communication with the Restaurant Manager, team members, and guests at all times Assist in the management of overall restaurant and bar operations while maintaining quality standards and maximizing food and beverage profitability Aggressively pursue revenue goals and effectively utilize menu engineering tools Control and manage all operational expenses including labor, overtime, food costs, and supply costs Enforce company procurement guidelines and seek cost-saving strategies where appropriate Assist in preparing and managing the annual operating budget and attend budget meetings regularly Be proficient in all computer systems and utilize them per AATMOS Standard Operating Procedures Actively enforce all safety policies to protect associates, guests, and company assets in compliance with OSHA standards Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment at all times Lead, inspire, and develop the front of house team including servers, hosts, bartenders, and shift leads Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing development of all front of house team members Motivate and coach team members, set clear goals, hold team members accountable, and provide consistent feedback, rewards, and recognition Proactively address team member concerns and foster a collaborative, positive work environment Demonstrate a high level of integrity, take ownership of personal and team actions, and lead by example with energy and enthusiasm Requirements What We're Looking For Experience & Education Minimum 2 to 3 years of restaurant management or supervisory experience in a full-service or fine dining environment required Proven experience managing front of house operations, labor, and food and beverage costs Skills & Abilities Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills with the ability to motivate and develop a front of house team Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, controlling expenses, and driving revenue Proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office suite Physical & Schedule Requirements Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout each shift TABC server permit from a TABC certified program required within 60 days of hire and must be maintained throughout employment Summary Medical insurance Discounted vision and dental insurance Employee hotel travel program with discounted rooms across the AATMOS portfolio Paid time off, vacation pay, and sick pay ZayZoon daily pay — access your earned wages when you need them Opportunities for career growth within a growing hospitality group At AATMOS, we're committed to a positive, inclusive workplace where passionate hospitality professionals can thrive and grow.
