Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative

Virtual Vocations Inc

Seeking motivated individuals, the part-time Remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will provide excellent customer service and patient support while handling inbound and outbound calls regarding prescription benefits in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities Provide excellent customer service and support to patients Verify patient information and assist with prescription benefit inquiries Gather and review patient billing and medical information while adhering to healthcare guidelines Required qualifications Minimum of 1 year of recent call center experience Knowledge of medical terminology, HIPAA regulations, and patient privacy practices is a plus High school diploma or equivalent Ability to maintain a private, quiet, and distraction-free workspace Basic technical troubleshooting skills for remote work issues
