About the Role
The Company is seeking a visionary and entrepreneurial Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization through a period of significant transformation and growth. The successful candidate will work closely with the founder, board, staff, and external partners to set and execute a bold strategic vision that enhances the organization's impact, expands and diversifies revenue streams, and identifies innovative opportunities to serve the community. Key responsibilities include strategic leadership, revenue generation, team management, and fostering a culture of innovation and collaboration. The CEO will also serve as the primary external ambassador, representing the organization at various events and strengthening its position as a trusted leader in patient education and support. Applicants for the CEO position at the company should have a proven track record of leading an organization through growth and change, with a strategic and entrepreneurial mindset. Experience in nonprofit leadership and a strong business acumen, including expertise in digital platforms, are essential. The ideal candidate will be mission-focused, with the ability to inspire teams, cultivate strategic partnerships, and ensure the organization's financial sustainability.
