Job Description

Manage physical security workforce service providers across the region, driving service quality and efficiency through clear KPIs and SLAs.

Own the risk profile at regional locations and implement tailored mitigation measures in alignment with the global risk framework.

Build and sustain a strong security culture by partnering with site stakeholders and business owners and seeking out value-adds for security partnerships.

Develop, rehearse, and maintain regional security, crisis, and emergency plans; partner with the BCM program office on a Regional Crisis Management Plan aligned to ServiceNow’s corporate crisis and resiliency framework.

Support first response to security and safety incidents at regional sites — including CCTV review and documentation — and coordinate with Global Investigations for formal investigations.

Support new building openings and site changes with risk assessments, design-drawing review, security-concept enablement, onsite quality control, and management of new vendor installations.

Enforce budgetary compliance for security services at each location and support regional program and cost planning.

Act as a liaison with law enforcement, regulatory agencies, and professional security groups across the region.

Implement and manage regional security and safety programs — including travel safety, on-site event support, emergency response, life safety, regulatory compliance, and risk management — in coordination with the relevant GSS pillars.

Coordinate with GSOC operations for monitoring, alarm response, and incident escalation across regional sites.

Drive adoption of physical security standards across corporate offices and critical locations, and engage stakeholder teams early to embed security in the earliest phases of facility design.

Adapt standards and design compensating controls to work within local laws and regulations across Americas jurisdictions.

Serve as the regional subject-matter expert on physical security, providing consultation to Workplace, real estate, and other key stakeholders, and partnering with Global Technology to adopt evolving security technology.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience managing physical security operations in a corporate environment. 7+ years in security management, with a major portion of that experience leading security programs. Demonstrable experience in corporate security management and managing large-scale projects with multiple deadlines and stakeholders. Experience designing security for new buildings or facilities, including placement of access control, cameras, and visitor management systems. Experience managing service providers and guard-force partners to performance standards and KPIs. Exceptional writing, research, and analytical skills.

For positions in this location, we offer a base pay of $155,400 - $242,850, plus equity (when applicable), variable/incentive compensation and benefits. Sales positions generally offer a competitive On Target Earnings (OTE) incentive compensation structure. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer health plans, including flexible spending accounts, a 401(k) Plan with company match, ESPP, matching donations, a flexible time away plan and family leave programs. Compensation is based on the geographic location in which the role is located and is subject to change based on work location.
