Pharmacy Representative

Pharmacy Care RepresentativeAs a Pharmacy Care Representative, you'll work in a team environment to provide superior customer service that exceeds patient expectations. Key responsibilities include providing superior customer service, working closely with Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, and Pharmacy Care Representatives to provide excellent patient care, promoting greeting, asking, and thanking strategies, and handling written prescriptions and refill numbers. You will also manage prescription-related paperwork, use the RXEVO point of sale system, direct customers to counseling windows, process transactions, and maintain prescription hard copies. Additionally, you will assist with inventory management, ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations, and maintain department sanitation. You will need strong communication and customer service skills, mathematical skills, PC skills, cash-handling skills, and the ability to work in a team environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with completion of all required training and certifications. The role involves working in a fast-paced retail environment, standing for extended periods, lifting heavy items, and fulfilling vision requirements.
