Classroom Aide

Join Us in Making a Difference in Children's Lives! Central Missouri Community Action (CMCA) is seeking a dedicated Classroom Aide to join our Head Start team in Fulton, MO . If you enjoy working with young children and want to help create a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment, we want to hear from you! About the Role As a Classroom Aide, you will work alongside the Teacher and other classroom staff to support daily classroom activities and help create a structured learning environment for young children. Depending on the classroom, you may work with children ages 0–2 or ages 3–5 . You will help actively supervise and engage children while supporting their learning, development, health, and overall well-being. Position Details Pay: $15.10 per hour Location: Fulton, MO Job Requirements Must have a high school diploma or GED. Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, childcare, or similar setting is helpful. Experience working with low-income families and children is preferred. A CDA or related education in Early Childhood Education is a plus. Must enjoy working as part of a team and supporting the needs of young children.
